Most likely no, but I cant say for sure. It's most likely a combination of Japan's pornography censorship, its influence on japanese artists, or simply aaa aaa's personal preferences.
i don't think the censorship has to do anything with this (porn movies, hentais etc), it is most likely Triple-A personal preferences. I think he should do them nude once in a while
